If you attend a church under the umbrella of Missouri Ministries of the Church of God, your staff should receive a registration packet with forms and info in April. If you don't attend one of those churches you can download your forms here. Registration forms must be postmarked by June 1st in order to avoid the $25 late fee. Camp Sharon does accept walk-in registrations, but availability is limited and on a first come first serve basis. Please pre-register to ensure your camper has a spot.
Fees for the 2019 season are $175 per camper. You may send in the $40 pre-registration and pay the full amount upon arrival or send the entire fee in with the forms. Your fee includes all lodging, meals, activities, snacks, and t-shirt or hat.
Registration begins at 1:00 PM in the Dining Hall on the Monday of your student's camp. Campers and their drivers can line up on the deck side of the dining hall to go through the line. Campers will need to have filled out registration and medical forms with them if they have not already sent those in to Missouri Ministries. Please leave all cell phone and mobile devices with your drivers or at home. Camp Sharon is a device free week. Any medications brought will need to be checked in and given to our camp nurse during the registration process. If a camper brings any money with them to camp we will also take and hold it for them until the end of camp. You will not need any additional money at Camp Sharon, your registration fee includes everything you'll need for the week. During registration you'll be assigned a team, cabin, and given a schedule. Camper pick up is at 10:00 AM on the Saturday of your student's camp.
